The Company

CyNtelligent Solutions, LLC (CyNtell) was established in 2016 to provide professional services to the Federal government, specifically DoD. Although originally focused on delivering services for its Cyber Security solutions, customer requirements drove our expansion into developing and providing solutions and related services aligned with cyber and data security compliance.

Purpose Statement

Our Mission

CyNtell was created to provide critical professional services to both the public and private sectors for the advancement and promotion of best practices in the realms of Cyber Security and IT security operations.

Furthermore, CyNtell management believes that the training and education of appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities in those realms to personnel, government staff, and the public will bolster national protection initiatives. 

Therefore, CyNtell is committed to providing an outlet for understanding concepts, laws, regulations, standards, and best practices in Cyber Security and IT security operations.

CyNtell adds value to our clients by helping to establish a baseline for risk management and controls implementation. This provides the foundation for our four primary service and compliance areas: Cyber Security , data privacy, business continuity, and IT security operations.

Our clients are from the public and private sectors.

For our Government clients, CyNtell provides exceptionally rated professional and educational services and support as a prime and subcontractor. We implement secure wireless solutions to include detection of unauthorized use of personal electronic devices transmitting Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular.

For our commercial customers, CyNtell provides military-grade cyber protection solutions and data privacy compliance capabilities. Our ideal client has a strict internal standard to maintain and/or must meet regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SEC/FINRA, FFEIC, PCI-DSS, FAR/DFAR) as a part of everyday operations.

Chief Executive Officer

Claude Williams

Claude L. Williams is a world-class consultant servicing the US DoD, US Civil Government agencies, and the private sector with Cyber Security and related IT governance, risk management, and compliance services. Complementary areas of expertise are in business continuity, data privacy, corporate compliance, and cloud-based security solutions.

Ben Tchoubineh

Ben Tchoubineh is a serial entrepreneur in the fields of cybersecurity and education. He received his BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and after a few years as a programmer decided to move into independent consultancy and technical education. He spent a dozen years collecting over twenty-five IT, Systems Development and Cybersecurity industry certifications, supporting US government and Fortune 500 companies, and educating hundreds of professionals. He’s since founded multiple businesses focusing on IT and cybersecurity training, government contracting and consulting. Ben was a founding member of the board of directors of the CMMC Accreditation Body and headed the creation and development of the CMMC training and certification ecosystem. He lives in Columbia, MD with his wife of 27 years and two children.

Executive Director, Channel and Alliances

Ivonne Yeste

Ivonne Yeste, Executive Director of Channel and Alliances at CyNtell, brings over two decades of technology, channel management, and distribution leadership expertise to her role. Ivonne brings a unique blend of IT expertise, channel management experience, and business acumen developed during her time at America Media, Visa Latin America, and Dell. Ivonne earned her MBA from Florida Atlantic University and holds an MMIS from Nova Southeastern University. Active in professional communities, Ivonne serves on the Board of SIM Tampa Bay and participates in Women of the Channel initiatives. Ivonne lives in the Tampa Bay area where she enjoys teaching and training in various fitness modalities.
